T-Rex Cake

Hey,

I haven't added a post in awhile. Some major changes... first off, I'm no longer associated with Carmen's Catering. Due to scheduling problems, I'm no longer available to use their kitchen. But I'm grateful that Carmen's Catering gave me the opportunity to work with them.

With other news, I finished my anticipated T-Rex cake, white cake with ganache filling decorated with chocolate buttercream frosting.

So if anyone needs a cake, you know where to look.
